A classic mom and pop taco spot with the best corn tortillas I’ve ever had in my life. Meat is filled with flavor and the onion & cilantro is the cherry on top!
Insanely good! I asked the lady working to give me what she likes best and I wasn't disappointed. Authentic, delicious Mexican food. Also, it's a James Beard nominee for a reason! If you're in the area it's a must. Highly recommend. Enjoy!

Special burrito, smothered. Fantastic. Came across a very passionate Reddit recommendation and it lives up to the hype. Order, pay, and pickup at counter. Small parking lot and dining room. Got busy quick.
My go-to source for tacos! First, you do need to understand that what you order is what you get. If you want salsa, speak up. Onions and cilantro? Ask. Definitely go for the green chili. I also always go with the marinated pork. Of all the meat options, this is packed with most flavor. It’s can be an easy in and out with its diner like counter, but it is often busy around lunch and not the easiest. Fortunately, even when it's really busy, it can be quick.
Easily a top spot. The tacos are cheap, simple, and amazing. They beat out dozens of Mexican spots in the city for 1/2 the price. Everything on their menu is at least great. Only thing is I would say the rice and bean sides are a little expensive ($7 total, but still good). I would go out of my way to come here.
Great hole in the wall spot. The burrito was so good. Definitely recommend and would come back. Their burrito’s are $10. Had a streak burrito smothered and friend got a ham and eggs burrito.
Food was amazing, very authentic in taste and in soul. 10/10 will be going often me and my friends had their award winning burrito and it was too die for.
